Stephen Higgins

Stephen Higgins is an experienced professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as the Head of Capital Markets & Advisory and Head of Capital Markets Vietnam at Cushman & Wakefield since January 2022. Prior to this role, Stephen worked at JLL from February 2012 to January 2022, holding several positions including Director of Capital Markets and Manager of Vietnam and Asia Pacific Capital Markets. Stephen began his career as a Commercial Property Valuer at LMW from September 2010 to January 2012. Educationally, Stephen obtained a Master’s Degree in Property Development from the University of Technology Sydney between 2010 and 2012.
