Madonna Alade

Madonna Alade is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and supply chain management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Custom Brands Group since May 2022, Madonna previously held a similar role at Cardinal Health from March 2020 to July 2023. During an earlier position at Cardinal Health Canada, Madonna excelled as a Supply Chain Analyst, where the development of a Standard of Operations Document for Back Order Management significantly reduced monthly back orders from $8 million to $2.5 million.
