Jack Greenberg

Jack Greenberg possesses extensive culinary experience, serving as the Executive Chef and Manager at Custom Catering since September 1999, specializing in gourmet catering for intimate dinner parties. Prior experience includes a role as Executive Chef and Culinary Educator for Miami-Dade County Public Schools from 1999 to August 2014, where culinary instruction was provided at a public high school. Jack Greenberg also founded and presided over InSite Photo Gallery and Excursion from January 2013 to May 2014, focusing on fine art photography and excursion planning. Previous positions as Executive Chef were held at Renaissance Hotel in Charlotte from March 1995 to August 1998 and at DOCKERS from June 1987 to October 1991. Educational background includes attendance at Miami Beach Senior High School between 1965 and 1967.
