Bill Kirk

Bill Kirk has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Bill is currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at Custom Glass Solutions, LLC since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Operations at API Heat Transfer from February 2019 to April 2022. Before that, they held the position of Vice President & General Manager at Aerostar Aerospace from April 2016 to February 2019. Bill also worked as the Vice President of Quality and Continuous Improvement at Global Power Equipment Group from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they have held director-level roles at AMETEK, Standard Aero, The NORDAM Group, Sonoco, and Delta Air Lines, where they focused on operational excellence, lean management, continuous improvement, and project management.
