Kimberly Rocha

Kimberly Rocha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and mortgage lending. Since September 2008, Kimberly has served as a Human Resource Associate at Custom Learning Designs, where responsibilities include directing HR operations such as payroll, benefits, recruitment, and policy development. Prior to this role, Kimberly worked as the Assistant Vice President of Mortgage Lending at Boston Federal Savings Bank from 1988 to 2002, managing the Correspondent Lending Underwriting Division and ensuring compliance with underwriting standards set by government agencies and private investors. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bentley University, completed in 1988.
