Kevin Manship

Kevin Manship has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Kevin currently holds the position of Vice President at Custom Truck One Source, where they are responsible for manufacturing metrics and lean manufacturing initiatives. Prior to this, they worked at Populus Group as a Lean Advisor from 2017 to 2019. Kevin also has extensive experience at Caterpillar Inc., where they held various roles such as Factory Manager, Facility Manager, and Manufacturing Engineering Manager/Operations Factory Manager. During their tenure at Caterpillar, they were involved in cultural change to lean manufacturing, improving employee engagement, quality, and safety metrics, as well as enhancing customer delivery performance.

Kevin Manship has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Technology-Industrial from Eastern Illinois University, which they obtained from 1992 to 1993. Kevin also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration from Lakeland University, earned from 1982 to 1985. In addition, they have the certification of Caterpillar Production System - Facility Manager Certified, acquired in June 2012.
