Vadim Baele

Vadim Baele is an experienced professional with a diverse background in analytics, IT consulting, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Head of Analytics, CRO, and GDPR at Customer Collective since June 2021, Vadim also founded B-New in July 2018, focusing on IT solutions. In addition, Vadim is the owner of Young Student Academy, which has been operational since November 2016. Previous roles include IT Consultant at ENGIE Electrabel, Technical Consultant at nobi.digital, and Project Manager at Ixpertise Development, among others. Vadim holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Web and Information Systems from Université libre de Bruxelles, obtained between 2009 and 2014.
