Alex Heurich has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alex started their career as an intern at MCM Communications in 2010 and then went on to intern at Cosmopolitan Magazine and Redbook Magazine in 2010 and 2011 respectively. In 2012, they worked as an Art Intern at Good Housekeeping Inc. and also had a brief stint as a Freelance Photo Editor at Popdust. From 2012 to 2017, Alex worked at Branding Brand, progressing from a Quality Assurance Analyst to a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, then a Project Manager, and finally an Engagement Manager. In 2017, they joined Smith Micro Software, Inc. as a Product Manager and worked in that role until 2019. Since 2019, Alex has been working at Customer.io, where they have held various positions including Sr. Sales Enablement Manager, Sr. Product Marketing Manager, and currently holds the position of Director of Sales Operations since July 2021.
Alex Heurich's education history comprises various academic experiences. From 2007 to 2008, Alex attended the University of Pittsburgh, where they focused on studying French. Additionally, during this time, Alex also pursued their interest in Studio Art at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh. In 2011, Alex had the opportunity to study abroad at the Institut catholique de Paris, predominantly focusing on French. They further expanded their knowledge by enrolling at Marymount Manhattan College from 2008 to 2012. At this institution, Alex pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Graphic Design. They also pursued minors in French and Studio Art. To enhance their leadership skills, Alex completed the Connect for Developing Leaders - Leadership Training certification program offered by Eager Labs in January 2021.
