Blake Ricciardi

Blake Ricciardi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Development/Marketing Intern at Florida Studio Theatre, gaining experience in Tessitura training, event planning, donor relations, and marketing. In 2012, they served as a Production Assistant at The New York International Fringe Festival and also worked as an Individual Giving Intern at Manhattan Theatre Club. They later joined Roundabout Theatre Company as Front of House Staff. In 2013, they worked as a Contract Programmer at 2U. In 2014, Blake Ricciardi joined Ball State University as Interim Managing Director and Adjunct Faculty for the Department of Theatre and Dance, managing facilities, advising staff and students, and teaching various courses. They later worked as a Development Associate, Special Events at The Public Theater. In 2017, they joined Oscar Health, initially as a Recruiting Coordinator focusing on Engineering, Product, Data & Risk, Design, and Network teams. Later, they served as a Technical Recruiter and eventually became a Sr. Technical Recruiter, specializing in Product & Design. In 2021, Blake Ricciardi joined Stripe as a Design Recruiter. Currently, they are a Contract Technical Recruiter at Customer.io since 2023.

Blake Ricciardi attended Ball State University from 2007 to 2011. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Theatre Studies/Telecommunications.
