Shannon Nishi has a diverse work experience in customer success roles. Shannon is currently the Director of Customer Success at Customer.io, where they oversee the success team and ensures that tech-savvy marketers have the tools they need to send data-driven messages. Prior to this, Shannon worked at GoSpotCheck as an Activation Manager, where they utilized advanced analytics and automation to help teams improve sales and profitability. Shannon also held roles as a Customer Success Manager and Associate Customer Success Manager at GoSpotCheck. Before their time at GoSpotCheck, Shannon worked as a Strategic Account Manager at Hawk Search, where they focused on improving search and navigation functionality for e-commerce sites.

Shannon Nishi obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Musical Theatre from Roosevelt University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their degree, Shannon has earned certifications in leadership training through Connect for Developing Leaders - Leadership Training from Eager Labs in January 2021, and in verified international academic qualifications through World Education Services in August 2019.
