Cem Ercan has significant work experience in recruitment and resource planning, talent relationship management, leadership development, human resources consultancy, and sales management. Cem is currently the Recruitment & Resource Planning Director at Mplus Türkiye. In this role, they manage a 30-person recruitment team, oversees recruitment activities, and develops human resources activities. Prior to this, they worked at Profil International & Odgers Berndtson as a Talent Relationship Management and Human Resources Consultant. Cem also founded Recruiter Human Resources Consultancy, where they coordinated marketing, sales, and company activities. Before that, they held various roles at Yenibiris.com, including Sales Manager, Corporate Customer Manager, and Sales Specialist. Cem started their career as a Field Sales Representative at ADK İnsan Kaynakları (Yenibiriş.com).

Cem Ercan completed their bachelor's degree in Economic from Uludag University in 2003. In 2022, they participated in the İşletme Yüksek Lisans Mini MBA Programı at Koç University. Cem has also obtained various certifications in areas such as communication, leadership, and management from institutions like MENTOR AKADEMİ, Kocaeli Üniversitesi, and Dialog Expression Communication.
