Kate Forgione

Kate Forgione is a seasoned professional in customer success and organisational development, currently serving as Director and Co-Founder of Fractional SaaS since January 2023, focusing on enhancing post-sales operations for early-stage start-ups. Additionally, Kate has been a Director and Board Member at Customer Success Network since June 2017, where the community supports Customer Success Managers. As a former VP of Customer Success at Morressier, Kate significantly improved customer retention and satisfaction metrics. Previous roles include Director of Customer Success at Redgate Software and leadership positions at ServiceRocket, Microsoft, and KPMG. Kate holds a Master's degree in Organisational Psychology and a Graduate Certificate in Sustainability Studies from Curtin University.
