Azka Usmani, Pharm. D, CSM, PMP, currently serves as a Project Manager for the Cancer Moonshot Taskforce at CVP (Customer Value Partners) since July 2021. Prior to this role, Azka held positions such as Manager in the Office of Research and Development at Veterans Affairs and Senior Consultant at the National Artificial Intelligence Institute at Veterans Affairs. Experience also includes working as a Medical Information Consultant at Johnson & Johnson and as a Pharmacist at CVS Health. In earlier roles, Azka worked as an MTM Consultant Pharmacist with AdhereHealth, conducting comprehensive medication reviews and optimizing drug therapy, and gained foundational pharmacy experience as a Pharmacy Intern and Technician at CVS Health and Walgreens.
