Shamaa Ahmad

Shamaa Ahmad has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Shamaa began their career at CitiFinancial as a Business Requirements Analyst and later worked as an Intermediate Applications/Functional Analyst. Shamaa then joined UPS as a Senior Business/Functional Requirements Analyst. Ahmad then moved on to eSylvan, where they served as a Project Manager/Senior Analyst. Shamaa then joined Lockheed Martin IS&GS-Civil as a Task/Project Manager and Lead Systems Analyst, and later became the Lead Systems Engineer and Deputy Chief Engineer.

In 2015, Ahmad joined CVP (Customer Value Partners) as a Senior Manager, where they established the Solution Architecture Team and led the Center of Excellence to support Solution Innovation. Shamaa then took on roles such as Director of the Solution Innovation Office, Director of the Business Transformation Practice, Executive Director of Business Transformation, and Vice President of Portfolio Management. In these positions, they were responsible for managing various programs, overseeing strategic initiatives, and driving organizational change and transformation.

In November 2013, they obtained the SAFe Scaled Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. In June 2011, they obtained the CIPP certification from the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals. Lastly, in May 2016, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
