Piotr Szołucha

Piotr Szołucha has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Their most recent position is at Customertimes, where they work as the Delivery Head since May 2023. Prior to that, from 2022 to 2023, they served as a Freelance Project/Programme Manager at Outcome PM. In 2022, they worked as an IT Delivery Manager at EDV Werke AG.

Before these roles, from 2020 to 2022, Piotr was the Head Of Project Management at Code & Pepper. Piotr led the project management competence for the company, introduced an organized approach to project delivery, and supported complex projects as needed.

From 2017 to 2020, they worked at SoftServe, first as a Senior Project/Programme Manager and later as a Project Manager. In these roles, they led large-scale software development programs, managed teams of developers, and was responsible for projects throughout their lifecycle.

Prior to SoftServe, Piotr held various roles at IBM, including Advisory Project Manager, Internal Trainer, and Project Manager from 2014 to 2017.

From 2008 to 2014, they worked at Capgemini, where they served as a Project Analyst, Internal Trainer, Knowledge Management Specialist, and Customer IT Advisor. Piotr supported complex programs and projects, provided process and soft skills training, designed knowledge management structures, and provided IT consulting for clients.

Before their tenure at Capgemini, Piotr briefly worked as a Consultant at Grupa Set and as an Intern at Laboratorium Arkanow Biznesu in 2009 and 2007 respectively.

Piotr Szołucha's education history begins in 2002 when they enrolled at the University of Silesia in Katowice. Piotr completed their Master's degree in Sociology and Psychology in 2008.

In the same year, Piotr attended Metrum Doradztwo i Warsztaty Psychologiczne, where they obtained a Trainer certification in Psycho-Social Trainer Skills.

In 2009, they furthered their training at SET Academy and received a Trainer certification in Business Trainer Skills.

In addition to their academic achievements, Piotr has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2019, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org. In 2016, they acquired the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2015, they obtained the ITIL v3 Foundation in IT Service Management certification from PEOPLECERT. Lastly, in 2013, they received the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification from APMG-International.
