Serhii Malabenskyi

Serhii Malabenskyi currently serves as a Sales Operations Specialist at Customertimes since October 2021, where responsibilities include sourcing senior-level candidates for the European and International markets and conducting candidate screenings and interviews. Previously, Serhii held roles as an IT Recruiter and IT Researcher at the same company, focusing on candidate sourcing and data gathering through various research methods. Prior to Customertimes, Serhii worked as a Recruiting Specialist at Holding of emotions !FEST, managing candidate searches and initial interviews. Serhii also served as a Medical Coordinator at Медична мережа "Добробут," handling patient communications and needs. Serhii holds a Master's degree in Infectious Diseases and a Bachelor's degree in Medicine from Bogomolets National Medical University.
