Karen Sammon

Karen Sammon has a long and impressive career in the restaurant and retail industry. Karen started their career in 1993 at PAR Tech, Inc. as the Chief Strategy & Product Officer, and then was promoted to President, Software Solutions. In 2009, they moved to The CBORD Group, Inc. as the Senior Vice President, Operations. In 2013, they returned to PAR Tech, Inc. as the CEO and President, and Board Director. In 2020, they co-founded CustomerX.i and served as the COO. In 2021, they became the Chair of the Board of Directors of Zutek. Finally, in 2022, they became the CEO of Conscious Capitalism, Inc.

Karen Sammon holds a BA in History and Fine Arts from Colgate University, a JD in SEC/Business law from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, and has completed Executive Education in Leadership from Harvard Business School. Karen has also completed Director Professionalism from the National Association of Corporate Directors and ILP and ALP from the Stagen Leadership Academy.
