Peg M. Hartmann has over 25 years of work experience in Human Resources and Recruiting. Peg M. began their career in 1993 as a Recruiting and Staffing Manager for the Staffing Industry, where they recruited and staffed for a variety of positions and industries, including engineering, IT/technical, oil & gas, manufacturing/light industrial, and administrative/professional. In 2006, they were hired as the Human Resources Director for Next Generation Consulting, where they developed the Human Resources Department and implemented policies and procedures based on Best Practices. Peg M. then moved on to Patrick Allen Group, Inc. in 2011 as a Recruiter and Marketing Manager. In 2014, they were hired as a Human Resources Generalist for Friedman's Home Improvement, where they managed Workers' Compensation and Health Benefits, and developed and delivered presentations/training to management and staff. In 2017, they were hired as an HR Manager and Practice Manager for NorCal Dermatology, where they managed all things HR, including full life cycle recruiting/onboarding, performance management, employee development, policy/handbook updates, and benefits. Finally, in 2019, they were hired as an Engagement Manager for CustomInsight, LLC.

Peg M. Hartmann has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from the University of Iowa. Peg M. also has certifications from the Epilepsy Foundation, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in Epilepsy, Overview of Psychogenic Nonepileptic Seizures, and Seizure First Aid Certification, all obtained in November 2022. Additionally, they have an ACE Health Coach Certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness), obtained in June 2022, and a StrengthFinder / Team Building certification from CoreClarity, Inc.
