Rebecca Racine, CPA

Rebecca Racine, CPA has been working in the accounting field since 2005. Rebecca began their career at Plante & Moran as a Staff Accountant, where they performed client audits of financial statements and prepared partnership, corporation, S-Corp and individual tax returns. In 2007, they moved to MCL Companies as a Senior Accountant, where they handled daily record keeping for five high rise residential condominium developments, completed monthly construction draws, and performed monthly accounting for a 30-unit residential rental property, commercial leases, and two parking garages. In 2011, they joined KBooM! Games as an Accounting Manager, where they implemented and oversaw all monthly close activities, financial statement preparation, management of a Chinese subsidiary, maintenance of internal controls, and bi-monthly payroll. Rebecca then moved to J.P. Morgan in 2013 as a Trust Tax Associate, where they performed the accounting and tax preparation services for high net worth trust accounts. In 2015, they joined cabi Clothing as an Accounting Manager, where they assisted in developing, preparing and reviewing required internal and external financial reports, reviewed inventory transfer, account reconciliations, foreign entity consolidation, and journal entries prepared by the accounting team. In 2016, they joined FIJI Water as an Assistant Controller and Accounting Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Cuts Clothing, Inc. as an Accounting Controller.

Rebecca Racine obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from DePaul University. In 2010, they obtained their CPA from the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA). In 2015, they obtained their Series 7 License from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
