Uchechi Duruiheoma

Consultant - Key Account Manager at CutStruct

Uchechi Duruiheoma has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. In 2015, they worked as a Communications and Programs Officer at Lifeline Care Association, where they were responsible for preparing proposals, conducting research, managing social media, and overseeing fundraising activities. Uchechi then moved on to Widow's Right Foundation in 2015 as a Communications and Programs Officer, where they improved operational processes, facilitated meetings, and secured stakeholder engagements and sponsorships.

In 2016, Uchechi joined Zinox Technologies Ltd. as an Executive Assistant, and later took on roles such as Business Development Executive, Head of Customer Service and Call Center, and Head of Customer Service and Marketing. In these positions, they played a key role in upgrading the customer database, establishing call centers and a customer service department, implementing marketing strategies and campaigns, managing social media communication, and acting as a liaison between sales and support.

Uchechi also worked as an Operations and Project Manager at 1st Impression Group in 2022, and as a Consultant - Key Account Manager at Livevend by Cutstruct in the same year.

Uchechi Duruiheoma obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Microbiology, General from Igbinedion University, Okada from 2007 to 2012. Later, Uchechi pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Applied Public Health at Middlesex University from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, Uchechi has achieved additional certifications: Customer Relationship Management in Business Services from Alison - Free Online Learning in January 2018, and ISO 9001 Internal Auditor from Qualitext in September 2018.
