Saagar Sinha has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Saagar began their career in 2011 at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager, where they served customers across Financial Services, Mining, Private Equity and Chemicals & Agriculture with a functional focus on Sales & Marketing and Growth strategy. In 2017, they moved to Salesforce as a Director, Business Value Services, where they worked with frontline sales teams and strategic customers on account strategizing, C-suite communications, ROI analysis and deal structuring, as well as supporting sales leadership with operational rigour. Currently, they are a Delivery & Customer Success lead at Cuvama, where they help B2B companies sell and deliver value at scale.

Saagar Sinha completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee in 2009. Saagar then went on to receive a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2011.
