The Healthcare and Medical Team at Community Volunteers in Medicine (CVIM) is dedicated to providing comprehensive and coordinated medical and dental care to uninsured, low-income individuals in Chester County. This interdisciplinary team, comprising of healthcare professionals such as physicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and specialized coordinators, collaborates to address a wide range of medical needs including chronic disease management, mental health care, and preventative services ensuring that clients receive holistic, high-quality care regardless of their ability to pay.
