Julian Bailey

Julian Bailey has a strong background in communication and public affairs. Julian is currently the Director of Communications at CVS Group Plc, where they are responsible for developing the communications function for the veterinary company. Before that, Julian worked as the Communications Director at BAXI, focusing on external and internal communications and public affairs in the heat sector. Prior to that, they held various roles at Morrisons, including Public Relations Director and Head of Media Relations. Julian also gained experience as a Director at Gavin Anderson & Company and as an Editor at the BBC. Julian started their career as a Reporter and Producer at BBC News.

Julian Bailey earned a Bachelor of Arts degree (MA (Hons)) in Economics & History from the University of Cambridge from 1991 to 1994. Julian then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, and HR from Henley Business School from 2006 to 2008. In 2010, they completed a management development program called "Omnicom University" at Harvard Business School Executive Education, which was delivered by Harvard Business School in collaboration with Omnicom.
