Guangying Hua

Guangying Hua is an accomplished professional in data science with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Lead Director of Data Science at CVS Health since June 2021, Guangying focuses on building a data science team that delivers analytical solutions for the Patient Recruitment business, emphasizing advanced feasibility analysis and machine learning models. Prior to this role, Guangying was a Lead Data Scientist at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from 2013 to 2021, where contributions included leading teams on various data science projects and spearheading BCG's Responsible AI initiative. Early career roles included statistical modeling at Epsilon and an instructorship at Bentley University. Guangying holds a Ph.D. in Business Analytics from Bentley University and both BS and MS degrees in Management Information Systems from Tianjin University.
