Jack Pollack

Jack Pollack, FCXP (CX-I) is a seasoned professional in experience design and management, currently serving as a Senior Manager of Experience Design at CVS Health since October 2022. Prior to this role, Pollack held positions at Cardinal Health and HM Health Solutions, where responsibilities included managing user experience design and serving as a solutions architect. Pollack's extensive background also features roles at BlueCross of Northeastern Pennsylvania, Penn Treaty Network America, The Corporate Executive Board, and Allied Global Marketing, spanning over two decades in various capacities related to internet strategy, user experience, and graphic design.
