Naini Mandala is an accomplished technology and human resources leader with extensive experience spanning various industries. Currently serving as Vice President, Head of HR Technology at CVS Health, Naini previously held multiple executive roles at Albertsons Companies, including Vice President of Technology and Vice President of Digital HR Transformation & HR Operations, where efforts included leading a global HR digital transformation initiative and managing large teams and substantial budgets. Naini's career also includes leadership positions at Spark Analytics, Manthan, Kohl's Department Stores, Dell Technologies, and Bare Escentuals, focusing on IT strategy, analytics, and operational excellence. Naini holds a Master of Science & Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University, an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Annamalai University.
