Nicole Morgan

Nicole Morgan is the current Vice President of Operations at CVS Health. Nicole has previous experience as a Business Consultant at CNA Insurance and as the AVP of Operations for the Individual Retail Market at Cigna. In their most recent position at Anthem, Inc., Morgan served as the Staff VP for the Business Improvement Group. In this role, they led and inspired a team of consultants responsible for Human Resources Strategy, Service Operations optimizations, and Consumer Experience improvements. The team was successful in driving everything from strategic planning to execution and everything in between.

Nicole Morgan has a certificate in business analytics from Harvard Business School, a leadership performance coaching certification from Brown University School of Professional Studies, and an executive training- customer centricity certification from Columbia Business School. Nicole also has an MBA in general management from Purdue University and a BA in communications from the University of Illinois Chicago. Nicole is also certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional, by Juran as a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification – Level I, and by SHRM as a Senior Certified HR Professional (SCP). Finally, they are also certified by Yoga Alliance as a RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher).
