Nicole Morgan, MBA, SHRM-SCP is a highly experienced professional currently working as the VP of Human Resources Strategy at CVS Health. Nicole has a strong background in leading HR post-acquisition integrations, redesigning and rebranding employee relations, and driving strategy and innovation for PBM operations. Prior to CVS Health, Nicole held leadership positions at Anthem, Inc., Travelers, Cigna, and CNA Insurance, where Nicole led various strategic initiatives and teams. Nicole holds an MBA in General Management from Purdue University and has pursued further education in Business Analytics at Harvard Business School.
