Prachi Munde

Prachi Munde serves as the Lead Director of Data Science at CVS Health since August 2022, leveraging extensive experience in data science, primarily from tenure at Zilliant, where roles included Principal Data Scientist and Director of Data Science. Prachi's responsibilities included mentoring teams, developing complex models, and driving customer success initiatives, achieving high renewal rates and cross-selling opportunities. A strong collaborator, Prachi worked with executive leadership to innovate data science capabilities and optimize customer engagement metrics. Earlier experience includes an internship at Tata Consultancy Services focused on machine learning algorithms and serving as a GMAT instructor. Prachi holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from COEP Technological University.
