Tom Pawlik

Tom Pawlik is an accomplished compliance and audit professional with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as Vice President of Compliance Operations at CVS Health since 2002, Tom leads a team of 200 compliance professionals overseeing critical functions such as risk assessments and regulatory reviews for a company with revenues exceeding $200 billion. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Director of Internal Audit at CVS Caremark, where oversight included managing a team of auditors across the United States.
