Jelena Sribar

Jelena Sribar is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Group People & Culture Director at CWB Limited since April 2024 and as the Owner of GaiaHR since May 2023, Jelena has previously held significant positions, including Human Resources Director at Mercator-S d.o.o., Executive Director of Human Resources at OTP banka Srbija, and Executive HR Director for Société Générale in Serbia. With a career spanning over 15 years at British American Tobacco in diverse HR roles, and experience as a Career Guidance and Counselling Centre Coordinator at Belgrade Open School, Jelena has developed and implemented impactful HR strategies. An educator at the University of Belgrade, Jelena specializes in organizational psychology and holds a Postgraduate Degree and a Master of Science in Psychology from the same institution.
