Oleh Karpenko

Oleh Karpenko is an experienced legal professional specializing in intellectual property (IP) enforcement strategies, currently serving as the Head of the Ukraine Office for CWB Limited since January 2023. Prior to this role, Oleh held a similar position at PETOSEVIC, now part of CWB, overseeing IP work in Ukraine and other former USSR countries since October 2018. Previously, Oleh worked as an associate at DLA Piper and as a lawyer at Lexfor, providing legal expertise in enforcement strategies and investigations. Additionally, during a tenure at the Irpin department of the Kiev – Sviatoshyn Local Prosecutor’s office and the Prosecutor’s office of Lutugino district, Oleh developed skills in pre-trial investigations and public prosecution. Oleh earned a Master's degree in Law from Yaroslav the Wise National Law University in 2012.
