Roxana Simon-Loeys

Roxana Simon-Loeys has extensive experience in project finance, corporate lending, and equity investments in the energy sector. Roxana worked at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) from 2009 to 2022, initially as an Associate Banker and later as a Principal Banker, focusing on Energy Europe. In their role at EBRD, they were involved in various transactions related to electricity and gas transmission, distribution, and generation. Roxana also engaged in policy dialogues with state authorities and regulators to implement support schemes for renewable projects and establish tariff methodologies for gas and electricity distribution. In 2022, they joined CWP Global as the VP of Project Finance.

Roxana Simon-Loeys earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Academia de Studii Economice din Bucuresti in 2004. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Finance at the London Business School from 2010 to 2012.
