Phil Greenhagen

Phil Greenhagen has over 20 years of work experience in the IT field. Phil started their career as a Senior Systems Analyst at CWT in 1999, where they led a team and was responsible for system design and analysis. In 2006, they joined Carlson Companies as an IT Manager, managing a team and providing IT services to clients. In 2009, they became the IT Director at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, overseeing a department of 24 members and a budget of $4.7M. In 2015, they were promoted to Senior Director of Corporate Systems Development at the same company, where they managed a team of 92 members and a budget of $12.4M. Phil implemented DevOps methodologies, reduced technical debt, and obtained and maintained PCI ROC. Throughout their career, Phil has focused on aligning technology with strategic business objectives and delivering services during periods of growth and contraction.

Phil Greenhagen completed a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Mathematics and Computer Science at Southwest Minnesota State University from 1990 to 1994. Phil later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business from 1999 to 2006.
