Valerie Roux

Valerie Roux is an experienced instructional designer currently working at CWT since July 2009, with a focus on Global Quality Learning & Development. Valerie has a strong background in developing and designing training materials, coordinating training requirements, and analyzing business metrics to support training delivery. Past roles include Global Product Analyst for the Power Hotel Delivery Team, where Valerie developed training courses and conducted Q&A sessions, and Hotel Product Manager for Traveler Services France, overseeing the functional definition and deployment of hotel tools. In addition to practical experience in the travel and hospitality sectors, Valerie has also served as an English examiner for the French "Police Nationale" and taught Business English and Event Project Management at WESFORD CLERMONT Business School. Valerie holds a Master's degree in Instructional Design and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia and Web Art Direction.
