Shannon M. Stevens, is the VP of Human Resources for CWU Inc., a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) providing staff augmentation support to include: program management, acquisition, administrate, database, foreign language, intelligence, logistics and training support specialists (including professionally trained role players) to their clients in both the civilian and government sectors.

Ms. Stevens is an experienced Human Resources leader with more than fifteen (15) years’ experience. She is well versed in employment law and regulation interpretation as well as establishing and maintaining effective relationships with federal agencies. She has three (3) years of corporate experience where she is responsible for equal employment opportunity practices, employee relations investigations, compliance with affirmative action regulations, diversity, work/life initiatives, and training and organization development.

Ms. Stevens is highly proficient in developing and implementing innovative recruitment and retention strategies, researching and implementing human resource information systems, developing employee policies and procedures, managing employee relations, developing competency frameworks, performance management, measurement systems, compensation and benefits systems, recognition programs, conducting labor relations negotiations and business process redesign.

She received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Strayer University.
