Subha J has worked in the IT industry since 2005. Subha  began their career at MicroStar Technologies Pvt Ltd as a Software Test Analyst. In 2007, they joined XSYS Pte Ltd as an Associate Software Consultant. Subha  then moved to ST Microelectronics in 2008 as a System Analyst - IT. In 2010, they joined Thales Security Asia Pte Ltd as a Test Engineer, where they worked on a project for the Government of Mexico. Subha  then moved to CXA Group in 2015 as a Senior QA Engineer. Since 2018, they have been working at ITCAN Pte Ltd as a QA Manager and Quality Assurance Project Manager (Client: Apple). Throughout their career, Subha has demonstrated strong client development skills, comfort with multi-tasking, confidence and self-motivation, meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a changing environment.

Tang Nguyen has over five years of work experience in the software engineering field. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Developer and Associate Developer at Camino Information Services. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Student at CoderSchool and a Full Stack Developer at CodeLink.io. From 2015 to 2019, they were a Ruby Developer at Mortgage Club and a React Native Developer and React Native Team Lead at CXA Group.

Minh Phu has over 9 years of work experience. In 2020, they began working as a DevOps Engineer for CXA Group. Prior to that, they worked as a DevOps Engineer - Lazada Elogistics for Lazada Group from 2015-2020, where they were responsible for managing and provisioning the infrastructure as code, applying cloud computing skills to deploy upgrades and fixes, and automation skills with Puppet, Ansible, and Terraform. From 2013-2015, they served as Technical Support Team Lead at Nhan Hoa Hosting Provider, where they were responsible for leading development and operations processes inside the team, delegating tasks and setting deadlines, and monitoring team performance. From 2011-2013, they worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Matbao BPO, where they were responsible for configuring internal systems, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and upgrading the network infrastructure.

Melody Velez has over 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance. Melody began their career at GXS in 2005 as an EDI QA. In 2010, they moved to Hypercom as a QA Engineer. Melody then joined Mercer in 2011 as a QA Analyst, and in 2014 they moved to Willis Towers Watson in the same role. Most recently, in 2017, they joined CXA Group as a QA Engineer.

In 2006, they moved to Cts Lnternational Logistics Co., Ltd. as a Software Architect. In 2010, they took on the role of Senior Application Architect at Shanghai CarHome Information Technology Co., Ltd. Jeffrey then moved to Shanghai Tonglukuaijian in 2012, where they were the R&D Director. In 2016, they became the R&D Director at Shanghai CCX Pet Industry Co., Ltd. and in 2017 they were a Senior Architect at Dansl InfoTech. In 2004, they joined Jones Lang Lasalle as a Facilities Executive. In 2006, they were a Project Coordinator at SGX. In 2010, they were an Administrative Assistant at ANZ. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Constituency Manager at People's Association. During this same time period, they were also an Administrative Officer at Crédit Agricole CIB. From 2014 to 2016, they were an Administrative Assistant at the Ministry of Health (Singapore). Lastly, they were a Policy Administration Executive at CXA Group from 2016 until present.

Jack Pham has worked in the technology industry since 2012. Jack began their career at GNT Vietnam as an Automation Test Developer, where they developed an automation testing tool for web games using libraries and frameworks such as Selenium Webdriver, TestNG, JUnit, Chrome driver, Firefox driver, IE driver, and Selenium standalone. Jack then moved on to Lazada Group as an Automation QA Engineer in 2014. In 2016, they joined Silicon Straits Saigon as an Automation QA Engineer. In 2017, they were hired by Grab as an Automation Engineer. Most recently, they have been working as a Senior QA Engineer at CXA Group since 2019.

Hendry Zhong Cai Xiu has been working in the industry since 2010. Hendry started their career as a Senior Business Analyst at Mercer Singapore Pte Ltd in 2010. In 2012, they moved to NGA Human Resources where they worked as a Senior Business Analyst. In 2014, they joined CXA Group, where they held the roles of Implementation Team Lead, Implementation Manager Lead, and Implementation Manager. In 2021, they moved to Pacific Prime and currently works as an Implementation Manager Lead at Pacific Prime - CXA.

Haiqal Hanafiah began their career in 2014 as an Executive Assistant at Walkers. Haiqal then joined CXA Group as a Finance Executive, and subsequently held two other roles at the company. As Team Lead (finance credit control), they were responsible for overseeing and managing the regional billing, invoicing and credit control team, assessing and pushing improvements to team workflow, and liaising with major insurers, financial institutions and partners. As Regional Senior Finance Executive, they extracted and analysed data from CRM (Odoo) for weekly sales pipeline reporting, provided weekly account receivables (AR) collection report to management team, and analysed outstanding ageing report for management, finance and client relations team.

Bala M has worked in various roles in the IT sector since 2006. Bala began their career as a System Administrator at AIG in 2006. Thai also assisted the line manager in defining project milestones, timelines and estimating resources, as well as working closely with the QA team to ensure product quality. In 2014, Thai moved to Naiscorp International as a Delivery Manager, where they defined project plans, maintained timelines, resources, milestones and quality standards, and led the development process from concept to commercial product. In 2015, Thai joined HotDeal.vn (MeKongCom Corp) as a Technical Project Manager, where they collected requirements, worked directly with partners, rebuilt and increased the capacity of the backend system to 1000+ orders/day, and improved the CMS to increase capacity up to 100+ calls per day. In 2018, Thai became a Product Manager at Fimplus JSC, where they managed the QA and product owner team of 12 members and managed product lines, including SmartTV, Mobile App and Web. Finally, in 2019, Thai joined Patties Foods Pty Ltd as a BI Backend Developer, where they worked directly with business owners from Australia to collect and deploy milestones, managed the BI development team and the release roadmap, and implemented data pipelines and schema of the data warehouse. In 2020, Thai moved to CXA Group as a Technical Project Manager (Infrastructure & DevOps), where they managed a team of 10 members from Infrastructure and DevOps, collaborated with architects to deliver suitable infrastructure and deployment flow, and observed and optimized the infrastructure cost of AWS.

Honglin Yang has over 11 years of work experience in software engineering and application consulting. In 2019, they joined CXA Group as a Senior Software Engineer. Prior to that, they were a Senior Software Engineer at MIMS Pte Ltd from 2013-2019, where they designed, implemented and maintained comprehensive medical information services with DDD, built Responsive Web applications to improve user experience on mobile devices with bootstrap, and designed and developed a Single Sign On Application for multiple related services with OAuth2. From 2008-2013, they were a Senior Application Consultant at NCS Group, where they worked closely with end-users to gather requirements, conducted requirements analysis and Solution architecture, and designed and implemented features according to Functional Specification.

Kok Kit Wong has over 25 years of experience in the financial sector. From 2016 to present, they have been the CFO of CXA Group. From 2012 to 2016, they were the Finance Director, APAC & Japan at LinkedIn. From 2001 to 2012, they were the CFO of Travelocity Asia Pacific (ZUJI), where they were responsible for the financial, accounting, legal & compliance, risk management, sales & customer care, service delivery, operations training, IT Infrastructure, human resources and administration functions of the Zuji Group. Kok Kit also served as the Acting CEO reporting to the Board for the period Dec 2001 - Jan 2003. From 2000 to 2001, they were the Finance & Administration Director at Compart Holdings Ltd, where they were responsible for the direction, control, organizing and planning of the Group’s financial, administrative and information systems activities. Kok Kit completed the preparation stage of the IPO project of listing the Company on the Main board of SGX. From 1998 to 2000, they were the CFO of STATS ChipPAC, where they were responsible for all financial reporting, forecasting, planning, budgeting, audit, internal controls, treasury and accounting issues. Kok Kit was also responsible for the annual report and NASDAQ, SEC and MASNET filings. Antonio Estrella is an experienced healthcare futurist, entrepreneur, and keynote speaker. Antonio has held various roles across Asia Pacific in the healthtech industry since 2014. In 2021, they became the Podcast Host and Producer of Digital Health Today - Asia Pacific Edition. 

In 2020, Estrella joined Futureproofing Healthcare as a Podcast Host, Keynote Speaker, APAC Expert Panellist, and White Paper Author. In 2018, they became the Managing Director at Taliossa and an Independent Board Director for CXA Group. Antonio also served as a Guest Lecturer and Domain Expert in HealthTech Commericalisation for the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research & Technology Centre. 

In 2018, Estrella was appointed as an Asia Ambassador for Frontiers Health and an Independent Board Director and Advisor for Savonix, Inc. In 2014, they became the Head of Health Innovation at LumenLab, MetLife's Innovation Centre in Singapore, and the Managing Partner and Head of Health Innovation at LumenLab | MetLife Innovation Centre. Additionally, they are a Fiction Novelist, having published their debut novel, Comatose, in 2014.

Kelyn Zhang has worked for five companies since 2004. Kelyn began their career as a Systems Engineer at Sony, then moved on to Chainfusion Pte Ltd as a System Developer. Denise Lim has been working in the business development field since 2008. Denise began their career at ECA International as a Business Development Manager for Asia. In 2013, they moved to Mercer, where they served as Associate Director of Business Development. Dat Phan has worked in the software engineering industry since 2014. In 2019, they joined CXA Group as a Development Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer. In this role, they worked on an enterprise SaaS platform for insurance, health, wealth and wellness, supporting complex and complicated clients and distributions. Dat's responsibilities included working with Technical project manager, Team leads, Architects, BA, Infra, co-workers and other departments to design and develop Web APIs based on Microservices architecture, as well as providing advice, suggestions and solutions for other engineers. Prior to this, Dat Phan worked at Saigon Technology Solutions as a Senior .Net Developer. In this role, they worked on over 20 projects in multiple domains such as crypto currency, accountant, shipping, insurance, and communication tool. Dat's responsibilities included all development stages, from requirements analysis, technical design, estimation, implementation, refactoring, improvement, team management, communication, codes and deployment.

Ken Wong is the COO of [CXA Group](/org/cxa-group). Ken has over 20 years of experience in the employee benefits industry. 

Ken started their career at Mercer in 1998, where they led a team of consultants in delivering pension and M&A projects. Ken was also appointed Actuary for 2 Hong Kong-based life insurances. In 2006, they left Mercer to join Ernst & Young as Director - Transaction integration (HR). There, they established pension and employee benefits transaction advisory, and collaborated with financial, tax, and IT transaction professionals to deliver M&A transaction advisory services. 

In 2010, Ken joined Aon Hewitt as Global Benefits, Hong Kong Leader. Ken was responsible for structuring and delivering corporate broking, consulting, and technology products. Ken also led a team of employee benefits consulting professionals and launched new corporate products such as data analytics and online employee benefits technology. Ken left Aon Hewitt in 2017 to join [CXA Group](/org/cxa-group) as COO.
