Anisha Randhay

Anisha Randhay is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in managing teams and operations across the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as Operations Manager ASIA at CXC Global since March 2023, Anisha previously held key roles at SThree from November 2015 to March 2023, where responsibilities included oversight of the APAC Operations Team, compliance matters, and contractor care. Anisha’s career also includes positions such as Business Support Executive at Morgan McKinley and Account Relationship Manager at Pure Solution, along with a foundation in corporate communications from mcbgroup. Anisha holds a Master's in International Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on communication from Curtin University and the University of South Africa, respectively.
