Fausto Bouchaira

Fausto Bouchaira is an experienced professional in the hospitality and beverage industry, currently serving as a Freelance Consultant for CXG since March 2022 and as a Business Development Manager for illy coffee authorized distributor in Thailand since June 2021. Previous roles include Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Minor Hotels, Beverage Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager at Marina Bay Sands, and various positions at the Dorchester Collection, including Restaurant Supervisor and Chef de Rang. Educational qualifications include a level 3 degree in wine from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and further studies in sensory techniques for wine analysis and food & beverage management from prestigious institutions such as the University of California, Davis, and Università Bocconi.
