Freek Straathof began their work experience in 2020 as a Community Manager at Astrotale Games. In 2022, they worked as a Systeembeheerder at AW Groep for six months. Later in 2022, they joined Mieloo & Alexander as a Junior Business- & Technology Consultant. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Projectmanager at Talesu Network.

Freek Straathof has a MBO Niveau 4 Diploma in Robotics from Nova College, which was obtained from 2019 to 2022.
