Yujung Kim

Yujung Kim is currently serving as Regional VP / Customer & Employee Experience at CXG since August 2018. Previously, Yujung held the position of Senior Account Manager / Consumer Insights Analyst at The NPD Group from September 2014 to August 2018. Prior to that, Yujung worked as a Research Manager at Ipsos from May 2010 to September 2014, and as an Assistant Manager at CHUNGDAHM Learning from June 2007 to September 2008. Yujung holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, a Master of Arts in English Literature from Hanyang University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Hanyang University.
