Alina Kichigina

Sales Development Executive at Cyacomb

Alina Kichigina has a diverse range of work experience. Alina started their career at High Fliers Research Limited in 2019, where they conducted interviews with final year students for The Times Final Year Student Survey. Alina showed tenacity and organization in completing the interviews ahead of the deadline.

In 2021, Alina became a Brand Ambassador and Saltire Scholar at Entrepreneurial Scotland. As a Saltire Scholar, they successfully secured a fully funded summer internship with Cyacomb as a Business Development Intern, where they conducted research on Offender Management in the USA and Canada and raised awareness about Cyacomb's technology.

At the University of St Andrews, Alina held multiple roles. Alina started as a STEP Intern in 2020 and then became a Senior Ambassador for the Admissions team. Alina quickly earned promotions to Junior Ambassador and then Senior Ambassador, expanding their responsibilities to include leading tours and information talks for prospective students and working at open days. Additionally, they served as a coach for the Summer Teams Enterprise Programme (STEP) and also led seminars and marked assignments for the ID2007 Enterprise and Creativity module.

Most recently, Alina joined Cyacomb as a Sales Development Executive in 2021. Alina initially focused on North America and Europe, and later transitioned to the EMEA and APAC regions.

Alina Kichigina attended Marymount International School in London from 2013 to 2017, where they completed the International Baccalaureate (IB). Following this, they pursued higher education at the University of St Andrews from 2017 to 2021, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Arabic and International Relations, with a focus on International Relations and Affairs.
