Phil McCormick

Phil McCormick has a strong background in finance and accounting, with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Phil is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Cyanco since March 2021. Prior to that, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Hi-Crush from January 2020 to January 2021, and Vice President of Finance from August 2018 to December 2019. Before joining Hi-Crush, Phil worked at KBR, Inc. for many years, holding positions such as VP of Finance and Treasurer from January 2015 to July 2018, Assistant Treasurer and Director of Global Treasury Operations from June 2013 to December 2014, Director of Financial Controls from July 2011 to June 2013, and Controller of the Downstream Business Unit from April 2009 to June 2011. Phil started their career at LyondellBasell, where they held roles such as Director of Internal Controls from September 2005 to March 2009, Regional Plant Controller from January 2004 to September 2005, Financial Planning and Analysis Manager from January 2001 to December 2003, and Manager of Internal Controls and Accounting Policy from July 1998 to December 2000. Phil began their professional journey as an Audit Manager at Coopers & Lybrand from June 1990 to June 1998.
