Shahar Belizon שחר בליזון has over 20 years of experience in the software development industry. Shahar began their career in 1996 at Golden Screens as a Senior Software Engineer, where they supervised the framework development and the development of a Java-based client application for Bank Hapoalim. Shahar then moved to Shore Technologies in 1999 as a Team Leader. In 2002, they joined Ness Technologies as a Team Leader and Director of Technology. In 2007, they were appointed as Software Architect and Director at the Ministry of Justice, where they supervised the content management software development department and led several projects simultaneously using Java & .NET technology. In 2012, they became a Solutions Architect at Comverse. In 2015, they joined Tech Mahindra as a Technical Specialist. In 2017, they moved to Mavenir as a Senior Software Developer. Shahar currently serves as the VP R&D at CYBEAR.

Shahar Belizon obtained a Practical Engineer degree in Computer Science from the Technological and Engineering Education Center Tel-Aviv. Additionally, in July 2018, Belizon obtained a certification in HTTP Essential Training from LinkedIn.
