Yair Biran CPA (ISR) pursued their undergraduate education from 1992 to 1997 at The College of Management Academic Studies. During this time, they focused on accounting and finance, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. Further augmenting their credentials, Yair Biran obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant (CPA ISR) from the Ministry of Justice Israel in October 1999.
