Crystal Doyle has worked in a variety of roles in the past 17 years. Crystal started their career in 2005 as a Visitor's Services Assistant at The Bakken Museum, where they helped reform the Bakken store and coordinate volunteer staff. In 2007, they became the Group Service Coordinator at The Bakken Museum, where they scheduled, coordinated, and sold field trips, workshops, group visits, and room rentals. In 2013, they moved to Check View as a Service Coordinator, where they scheduled and coordinated projects from start to finish and provided cost estimates to customers. In 2014, they joined Direct Source as a Solutions Analyst/Project Coordinator and Field Recruiter, where they used cost estimating methodologies, sourced and screened nationwide candidates, and managed internal IT upgrades. In 2017, they joined Robert Half Technology as a Project Manager, where they managed, scheduled, and tracked software development initiatives. In 2018, they moved to Ingram Micro as a Project Manager, where they managed delivery of Security Solutions, Managed Services, Deployment Services, and SDWAN and delivered 138% Year Over Year in 2021 while maintaining a high customer satisfaction score. Crystal is currently a Senior Project Manager at Cyber Advisors.

Crystal Doyle has a diverse education history. Crystal attended HCHS from 2000 to 2004, MCTC from 2005 to 2006, and the University of Minnesota Crookston from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. In 2015, they attended UC Irvine for Project Management. Additionally, they have obtained numerous certifications from LinkedIn and the Project Management Institute, including a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in March 2022.
