Bruce Caulkins

Bruce Caulkins serves as the Cyber Range Director at Cyber Florida: The Florida Center for Cybersecurity since October 2023. Previously, Bruce held the position of Research Associate Professor at the University of Central Florida from January 2016 to October 2023, where notable achievements included directing the Modeling & Simulation of Behavioral Cybersecurity Graduate Certificate Program and developing four graduate courses for the program. Bruce's extensive career in the US Army spanned over 28 years, culminating in the role of Chief of the Cyber Strategy, Plans, Policy, and Exercises Division at US Pacific Command. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Modeling and Simulation from the University of Central Florida, a Master of Strategic Studies from The United States Army War College, and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Furman University.
