Alberto Gomez

Alberto Gomez is a seasoned venture capital professional with extensive experience in early-stage investments, particularly in European startups across various sectors such as software, cybersecurity, and deep-tech. Currently serving as Founding Partner at Adara Ventures since October 2003, Alberto also holds several board member positions at companies specializing in automated data governance, digital risk protection, cybersecurity training, and API security. Previously, Alberto served as Managing Director of Corporate Venture Capital at Telefónica and held executive roles including Chief Financial Officer at Atento and Director of Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch. Alberto holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and dual degrees in Electrical Engineering and Management Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
