Joyce Cohen

Joyce Cohen is a Senior Technical Writer at CyberArk since June 2022, bringing extensive experience in technical and UX writing from previous roles. At RSA Security, from April 2001 to December 2021, Joyce served as a Principal Technical/UX Writer, leading teams and producing a diverse range of documentation, including setup guides, quick start guides, API guides, and online help, along with creating videos, release notes, product advisories, FAQs, and urgent notifications. Previously, Joyce held the position of Senior Technical Writer at Security Dynamics, RSA Security, from April 1999 to April 2001. Joyce holds a User Experience Certificate from Bentley University and a B.S. in Journalism from Boston University.
