Naama Lotan

Naama Lotan is an experienced legal operations manager currently working at CyberArk since September 2022, following a six-year tenure at Perion Network, where responsibilities included overseeing global corporate projects, mergers and acquisitions, corporate legal transactions, public offerings, and post-merger integrations. Prior to Perion, Naama served as head of sales operations for the Frequent Flyer Program at EL AL Israel Airlines, where strategic initiatives and team management were key duties. Naama also held significant roles, including head of the CEO office and paralegal and contract manager, showcasing a strong background in legal and operational functions. Naama holds an MA in Political Media and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Diplomacy, Political Science, and Government from Bar-Ilan University.
