Melody cf. Yang

Melody cf. Yang has a diverse range of work experience across multiple companies.

Melody cf. is currently the Director of Operations, Global E-Commerce at Cyberbiz Corporation, where they are responsible for developing and optimizing the functionality of the global e-commerce platform. Melody cf. also collaborates with cross-border payment and logistics service providers and manages technical customer support.

Prior to their current role, Melody worked at IPEVO for a significant period of time. Melody cf. served as a Project Director, leading the implementation of an ERP system and managing a project on intellectual property management. Melody cf. then became the Global Sales Director, leading a global sales team and expanding non-U.S. markets. Melody also held the position of Manager of International Sales and Marketing, where they successfully expanded non-U.S. markets and contributed significantly to the company's revenue. Melody cf. started at IPEVO as an Account Manager, responsible for content marketing and community management in the U.S. market. Their first role at IPEVO was as a Product Manager, where they transformed the company's website into a prominent online shopping platform and managed product sourcing, selection, and marketing.

Before working at IPEVO, Melody was a Research Assistant at National Chengchi University and a Journalist and Technical Editor at Cité Media Holding Group's PChome Magazine.

Melody cf. Yang has a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree with a focus on Management Information Systems from the National Chengchi University. Melody cf. also pursued studies in Business Administration and Management at the National Sun Yat-Sen University. In 2009 to 2010, Melody participated in the MSc in Management International Exchange Programme at emlyon business school.
